I chose to continue my teaching at Troy because of its wonderful community and supportive environment. The relationships I built with students, teachers, and staffs were valuable. Seeing students grow, gain confidence, and succeed made teaching truly rewarding. Also culture of the school was positive and welcoming. My co-teachers were collaborative and encouraging, always willing to share ideas and help each other improve.

One of my most memorable moments with my students was during our field trip to the grand park, where we had so much fun together playing house games. Seeing their joy and excitement outside the classroom made the experience unforgettable. Another special moment is whenever they show a great understanding of a concept and become more confident in their learning. Watching their eyes light up when they grasp something new reminds me why I love teaching.

I follow Essentialism. I believe in providing students with a strong foundation in core subjects like math, science, and language. My goal is to ensure that students master fundamental skills before advancing to more complex concepts. In my classroom, I use a structured approach, focusing on clear instruction, practice, and reinforcement. For example, in math, I make sure my students fully understand basic operations like addition and multiplication before introducing complex lessons. This structured learning helps build their confidence and prepares them for future academic success.
